O1. Do not starve yourself. This only works for a while, but then you just gain back the weight, so just don't do it. Eating healthier makes you feel better, and you lose weight moderately as time goes on.
O2. Alternatives. You could eat healthier simply by just changing the food to a similar, healthier version.
Examples.
Instead of a Chocolate Milkshake, drink Strawberry Smoothie :)
Instead of a bag Lay's Chips, eat some Kale Chips. (Recipe near the end of this tip :D )
Instead of a Fudge Sundae, eat some yummy Frozen Yogurt (Recipe and Ideas also at the end of this tip)
Instead of that meaty topping pizza, eat a veggie pizza.
O3. Amount of foods. I am not trying to make you change everything to fruits and veggies (although that is the best thing to do), but you can still eat some chocolate, sweet foods! Just eat in moderation. Don't eat so generously. Like at a party, try to get a smaller piece instead of the biggest one with the most frosting. Or instead of eating a bunch of ice cream, just go for a couple scoops. But please try just not to eat some junk food in the first place.
O4. Physical activities help. After school athletic programs also keep you healthy. Like volleyball or cheerleading. But if you don't do those kinds of things, you could try out yoga or do some small exercise drills for a couple minutes, like you could do crunches for a while.
O5. Hungry for a snack? I know when I get home I am :P Instead of grabbing that bag of chips or cookies, grab a granola bar. They are so yummy and they come in all different flavors :D Or maybe just try grabbing a fruit like an apple or an orange. Those fruits are yummy, too :)

~ Kale Chips
~ Frozen Yogurt
~ Raspberry and Vanilla Yogurt Hearts
KALE CHIPS(:
(Serves 6, so don't eat all at once, save some for lunch :D )
Ingredients:
~ 1 bunch of kale, washed and thoroughly dried
~ 2 tablespoons olive oil
~ Some Sea salt, for sprinkling
Directions(:
o1. Preheat the oven to 275 degrees F.
o2. Remove the ribs from the kale and cut into 1 1/2-inch pieces. Lay on a baking sheet and toss with the olive oil and salt.
o3. Bake until crisp, turning the leaves halfway through, about 20 minutes.
And you're done :D Ready to eat :)
Vanilla Frozen Yogurt(:
(Serves one person)
Ingredients:
~1/2 Cup of Greek Yogurt
~3-4 Packs of Truvia
(Toppings)
~ Granola
~ Strawberries
~ Marshmallows
~ Honey
Directions:
o1. Mix the truvia and the Greek yogurt together. Also the more truvia you put in, the more sweet it will be.
o2. Put the mix of truvia and Greek yogurt in the freezer for half an hour.
o3. Now for the toppings :D Sprinkle on the granola, cut the strawberries into halves and put a few in, sprinkle on a couple marshmallows, and squeeze on some honey.
That's it! Hope you like it! I think it is super yummy :)
Frozen raspberry and vanilla hearts<3
(Serves 4)
Ingredients:
200g fresh raspberries
1 tbsp caster sugar
250ml low fat vanilla yogurt
o1. In a blender, puree the raspberries and the sugar until smooth. Add more sugar if needed depending on how sweet your raspberries are. Half fill your heart molds and freeze for 30 minutes.
o2. After the raspberry puree has frozen, top up the heart molds with vanilla yogurt and freeze fort 3-4 hours.
o3. You may need to place the mould in a bowl of warm water briefly before serving to ensure that it all comes out in one piece.
